Haipeng Li is University Librarian at the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). Prior to his position at HKBU, he was Associate Director of the John Cotton Dana Library at Rutgers University, Newark, New Jersey, and as reference librarian at the Oberlin College, the University of Arizona and the Arizona State University. Haipeng Li has been a member of ALA for over 20 years and has served on many ALA committees. He is currently Executive Director of the Chinese American Librarians Association (CALA).
