Abstract
《数字图书馆服务政策指南》凝聚了当前我国主要的数字图书馆建设单位对数字图书馆服务政策的理念共识和相关经验。本文在分析国内外数字图书馆服务发展现状的基础上，从数字图书馆的服务对象、服务方式、服务策略、服务内容、服务承诺、服务监督与评估方面对《数字图书馆服务政策指南》进行解读。
