Abstract
图书馆对自身组织的各个组成要素进行调整,是图书馆作为组织而持续生存、发展的必然举措。文章回顾了国内外大学图书馆组织机构变革的实践经验,以北京大学图书馆为例,在全面的背景分析基础上,介绍了所实施的图书馆业务与机构重组。这是一次变革性的重组,是图书馆从以“文献流”为核心转向以“信息流”为核心组织业务和设置部门,落实“以人为本”理念的一次重要尝试。
It is very necessary for library to adjust the organizational elements in order to maintain sustainable development. This paper firstly reviews the practices of domestic and foreign university library organizational reforms, and furthermore by taking Peking University library as an example and based on the comprehensive analysis of the background, introduces the implementation of the library workflow rebuilding and organization restructuring. With the reorganization, the core of the library business and organization changes from the "document flow" to the "information flow". It is also an important attempt to implement the "people-oriented" concept.
