2018年10月22日-24日,第三届"全球化视野·大学图书馆馆长论坛"在上海财经大学举办。来自美国、加拿大、英国、荷兰、新加坡、澳大利亚、中国香港、中国台湾、中国内地的大学图书馆馆长,以及联机计算机图书馆中心(OCLC)、图情杂志社的专家共60余人出席论坛,围绕大学图书馆组织转型的方向与路径、资源共享的模式与机制、空间再造的整合与利用等主题展开研讨,共同探索新时代大学图书馆的重塑之道。

目前图书馆缺乏有效的工具来统计、分析业务数据，以便为图书馆的决策提供有效支持，为此设计一个基于业务数据的决策支持系统，并在此基础上构建数据仓储模型，实现图书馆决策的智能化。

在高等教育国际化进程下,国际教育项目和中外合作办学蓬勃发展。文章采用案例分析的方法,深入研究上海纽约大学图书馆在馆藏建设、人员配置和服务模式等方面的具体做法。通过对图书馆在不同发展阶段的策略选择和实施效果进行分析,总结其在国际化与本土化融合方面的经验。研究表明,中外合作办学背景下的高校图书馆,应在充分利用国际资源的同时,注重本土化需求的满足。在构建多元文化团队,创新服务模式,以及灵活运用数字化工具等方面,在国际化与本土化之间找到平衡,从而更好地支持学校的教学和科研工作。
